By putting stake holders in direct conversation with each other, this event will provide dynamic support to content providers and manufacturers to continue to meet the changes of the evolving media industry that ultimately benefit the consumer.

Yaz Yaacob, Vice President, Technical Operations of Testronic Labs, stated, “Testronic sees the RRT as incredibly important to the industry.  This event goes directly to address emerging formats and further strengthens cross-industry relationships in the Blu-ray ecosystem. The opportunity for face to face collaboration between studios, vendors and manufacturers is a powerful one, and we are more than proud to facilitate it.”

The Blu-ray round-robin test (RRT) takes place on January 17th and 18th 2012, at Testronic Lab’s US Headquarters in Burbank, California, and is slated to the be the first in a series of RRT events.
