Award winning editor talks about switching from Final Cut Pro to Adobe Premiere CS5.5

Creative Director, Producer, and Editor Christine Steele talks about her journey switching from Final Cut Pro to Adobe Premiere CS5.5 and discusses the powerful performance benefits she gets by using an HP system when working with high resolution as well as compressed video formats. Christine will demonstrate real-time performance advantages using Adobe Creative Suite on an HP Elitebook, as well as discuss how Adobe content creation workflows are enhanced with HP systems and monitors.

Christine Steele has edited film and video at Pixar, ABC, FOX, Paramount, Warner, Showtime, Frontline, Electronic Arts, VH1 and PBS, and just completed editing Air Racers 3D, an IMAX feature scheduled for theatrical release in Spring 2012.

She was the Supervising Editor and Post Supervisor for Paramount’s feature documentary talhotblond—available on iTunes and Netflix.  In addition to long form feature work, Christine won a ProMax award for editing promos and spots for ABC’s Desperate Housewives.

Christine is an Adobe and Apple Certified Trainer and content creator who enjoys the art of storytelling, and uses moving pictures and sound to inspire others.
