I would celebrate, but every new version of PS tacks on some new features (many of which are nice), but fails to get at the fundamental flaws of what could be a great app. It’s a RAM hog, slow, and it’s destructive editing paradigm is unbelievably cumbersome.

Give me a non-destructive, scanline based, node-based photo editor with all the tools that PS has, and support for PS plugins, and I would be in heaven.
