I thought I heard something in the demo about “two up display option.”  I can’t remember the context.  Would be particularly useful in matching action from two different angles.

I checked the demo bootleg video http://vimeo.com/22341718 by Emmanuel Pampuri.  At 15:51 color matching is shown with what the speaker calls a “the two-up display”  Perhaps it’s only available in the color match mode, but I would doubt that.  It’s fun to speculate, but time will tell…

There’s a small “two up” color matching display, but no apparent traditional Viewer/Canvas display. Based on iMovie there may be a kludge for showing a more Viewer looking window but FCP X is clearly designed for the timeline.
