Our October Editors’ Discussion Panel, provided the opportunity to talk with editors and assistants about how they collaborate. The panel included editor Diana Friedberg (co-author of Make the Cut: A Guide to Becoming a Successful Assistant Editor in Film and TV), Emmy®-winning editor Steven Cohen (author of Avid Agility), and assistant editors Carsten Kurpanek and Peter Mergus. Discussion was moderated by writer Debra Kaufman (editor and founder of MobilizedTV).
