Here is an absolutely brilliant video tutorial by Tyler Ginter on how to use the video mode of the Canon 5D Mark II. It starts with the basics of how to navigate around the menus and various video mode settings, and proceeds quickly with more advanced tips and tricks to help you get the best out of the camera.
