What does “Host ID” mean?

I can’t see anywhere to enter the host ID during the order process. And, I see no discounted price on the order page after entering the code. I dare not hit the “Place your order now” button when it says I will be charged the full amount ($2,421.15).

Oh, no Mocha allowed, ok.

Nope, still no place to enter the Host ID, and the price hasn’t changed.
