Realtime HD and SD Editing Platform Provides Support for Adobe Creative Suite 4 Production Premium and Windows Vista 64-bit OS

Montreal, Canada – February 24, 2009 – Matrox® Video Products Group today announced that software release 4.0 for the Matrox Axio™ LE realtime HD and SD editing platform is now available for download on the Matrox website. Release 4.0 supports Adobe® Creative Suite® 4 Production Premium and Adobe Premiere® Pro CS4 software.  In addition, it will make use of the expanded memory and storage management support in the Windows Vista 64-bit operating system to facilitate seamless creative workflow and efficient editing of long-form and multi-format HD projects.

SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Feb. 23, 2009-Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) has
launched Autodesk Softimage 7.5 software for visual effects and game
production. With this release, Autodesk has renamed the SOFTIMAGE|XSI
software - acquired from Avid Technology, Inc. - Autodesk Softimage. The
7.5 version offers timesaving new features, such as UV unfolding
technology, a multithreaded Syflex cloth simulator and an integrated mental
ray 3.7+ renderer. Artists have used Softimage to create numerous movies,
commercials and video games, including the Oscar-winning film “Happy Feet,”
Coca Cola’s “Heist” Super Bowl ad, and the “Fable II” video game.
