Tesla GPUs enable cluster class performance on the desktop at 1/10th the power

South Korean developer plans to use ProFX for upcoming MMO sci-fi title

CLERMONT-FERRAND, France - Nov. 10, 2008 - With the graphics quality of MMO games rapidly growing, developers are seeking new ways to condense content for quick downloads and better in-game experiences. In line with that trend, Allegorithmic today announced that ProFX is being integrated into the production pipeline at T3 Entertainment for next-generation game development. Best known for “Audition Online,” a hugely popular massively multiplayer online (MMO) game that challenges players to accumulate points by showing off their best dance moves in a cyber-disco, T3 Entertainment will use ProFX to develop a Sci-fi free-to-play MMO codenamed “Project G,” to be published by Hanbitsoft, a major Korean publisher.
