Announcing the EQE Boompole Apron

For years, sound mixers have been struggling with the age old problem of transporting & storing boompoles on the sides of their soundcarts. PVC tubes, cups, and lots of velcro are the most common solutions. Equipment Emporium has come up with a much better answer!

Our unique Boompole Apron attaches to the side of your cart and provides storage sleeves for up to four boompoles, antennas, or small stands. Because it is made of rugged cordura fabric, it weighs almost nothing and folds flat. Heavy duty grommets facilitate mounting the Boompole Apron to almost any cart.

For example, Fred Ginsburg C.A.S. uses an S-hook in the center to support the weight; then a pair of spring loaded clips keep the apron secured at far left and far right. The bottom of the apron is attached to the lower cart by means of velcro straps.

This simple hardware arrangement affords rapid mounting or takedown of the apron on Fred’s soundcart.
