Scott Gentry
Scott Gentry started his career as a child actor then moving to ABC All My Children first in production straight out of college, then in front of the camera for a short stint as a regular walk-on (woo-hoo!).
Scott also worked the stadium camera for NY Jets and Giants games, as well a a multitude of events at the Meadowlands arena in NJ. From there he got into publishing and 6 months after sending his resume to DV magazine, he was the publisher. DV went from last to first place and Scott moved on to AV Video Multimedia Producer and led the team to turn that into Studio Monthly and launch Studio Daily.
Scott founded and helped establish PVC by gathering the best writers and video gurus in the market and putting them all in one place.

Own a Smartphone? The fastest growing tech segment is smartphone applications…what are the best?
Apps4Phones is just going into beta and we’re on the hunt for seriously knowledgable writers who understand any or all of the following: iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Google Android, Palm Pre and more.
What’s the site about?
It truly is the fastest growing segment of the tech industry, and there are lots of phone applications to choose from. Apple knocked one out of the park with the iPhone and the Apps Store, now everyone is getting in on the action. BlackBerry seems ready to launch their Apps Store perhaps as soon as April 1. Palm will have theirs, Google Android already has theirs and there’s more coming…
Sure it has little to do with PVC, except that the same great model that we use to attract the best writers in the industry, will be used in our sister Apps4Phones.com site. In addition, there are cetainly plenty of video and photography focused phone applications already, with more to come. Just take a look at Allan’s recent Roxio post.
It’s still early beta, and full potential. Feedback is always welcome.
