Scott Gentry

Scott Gentry started his career as a child actor then moving to ABC All My Children first in production straight out of college, then in front of the camera for a short stint as a regular walk-on (woo-hoo!).

Scott also worked the stadium camera for NY Jets and Giants games, as well a a multitude of events at the Meadowlands arena in NJ. From there he got into publishing and 6 months after sending his resume to DV magazine, he was the publisher. DV went from last to first place and Scott moved on to AV Video Multimedia Producer and led the team to turn that into Studio Monthly and launch Studio Daily.

Scott founded and helped establish PVC by gathering the best writers and video gurus in the market and putting them all in one place.

PVC In a Print Magazine?

We’ve received a bunch of requests.  Are you interested?

Many of us on PVC have come from the print world.  While online presents many advantages to print, there’s nothing like a great magazine, wonderful design and beautiful images to inspire.

Many times I’ve been asked if PVC will do a print version.  In fact, there have been so many times, it now makes sense to find out what the market is for print?  We have a very brief survey, in fact only three questions long, to test the waters.  If you like PVC and would like to see more, perhaps in print, please take a few moments to fill out the survey.  If we move forward with a print version, and if there’s a subscription fee, the first 1,000 respondents to the survey will get a free subscription to PVC.

C’mon, three questions!  Here’s the survey

Thanks, this really helps us plan.
