But will they still suffer from rolling shutter effects which, as with the current RED, would by itself make them totally useless for any professional application?
Imagine a big budget production having to reshoot expensive scenes because weird flashes occur over the scenes… Someone would get shot… literally!

Film cameras have a rolling shutter. I guess no professionals shoot film then....
