New MacBook Pros Tomorrow? (UPDATED)

With all of the iPhone 3G hype, could it be “one more thing”?

Update:  Well, no new Mac offerings outside Me.com (which looks to be pretty cool), and of course the 3G iPhone.  Where’s the iChat?  Where’s the MacBook Pro love?  Where’s the “One more thing”?

For a creative business the iPhone is almost a must-buy.  3G, video, enterprise and more.  Heck you can demo your demo reel on your phone!  But where’s the Mac love Steve?

Yesterday’s post:

I have absolutely no evidence, but boy was I and a large part of the MBP community disappointed in early spring when we didn’t get a new fresh MacBook Pro design.  I’m personally betting we’ll see a new design, with keyboard and touch similar to the MB Air.

Beyond iPhone, anyone have any other thoughts?

I’m thinking iPhone 2 and iPhone Nano (maybe), MacBook Pro upgrades and Blu-Ray burners in Mac Pros.

I’m thinking a new iPhone with 3G, GPS, and new software.

I just did another search for comments about existing iPhone customer experience. Bills in the multi-thousand dollar range seem to be common. I’m just not sure I want to take that kind of risk. If AT&T;offers a plan that will cap the charges to something reasonable, then I might consider it.

Right now I spend about $100 per year for cellphone service. I don’t use it much and I like it that way.
