This week on MacBreak Studio, I show Steve Martin from Ripple Training several different ways that you can transfer keyframes created on one object onto another.
It's easy to animate layers in Motion using keyframes, and to then adjust the animation by working in the Keyframe Editor. However, when you want another object to animate in exactly the same way, it may not be immediately obvious how to best accomplish this task.
While you can copy and paste keyframes from one layer to another, there are a couple of other methods that can be faster and easier – and which also allow you to be selective about which parameters you choose to copy.
In this episode, I first cover the copy-paste approach, with some tips on how to modify it, then I explain these other methods and why you might want to use them.
If you missed the previous episode in which I showed how to create the keyframed animation from scratch, you can catch it here.
