If you Fail to Communicate, you Fail to Sell | Penn Olson.
We could write to communicate and sell an idea. It’s the simplest but not the most effective way though. That is why we love watching videos. In a short couple of minutes, we could learn so much more information about a product. It would be even better if the video were masterfully crafted that it becomes entertaining to watch.
As we move on with time, we’re witnessing better quality videos. TED’s head Chris Anderson coined this as theCrowd Accelerated Innovation, fueled by web videos around the world. We observe what others did, imitate, learn and do it better.
A good video drives action or changes behavior. I was really impressed with the product video created by theRockMelt team. The concept of a social browser is easily understood but hard to imagine. But in 3 minutes, the video placed a positive picture in my mind. I felt the rush to reserve a spot. I was sold. (P.S: Tried it. It’s a clean and sleek browser recommended for social media addicts.) Check out the video below. I’m sure many of you would like it.
