I've been contributing to various production/post-production channels here on PVC for years but created my own channel with the re-launch of the new PVC website format, titled “the PixelPainter”. Here's where you can find more about my channel, my interests and of course, links to all my previous articles & reviews.
About Jeff Foster – the PixelPainter
I first coined the phrase and claimed the moniker “PixelPainter” back around 1990 when I first started using programs like Adobe Photoshop and Letraset ColorStudio to create “digital airbrushing” with a Wacom tablet the size of a desk-pad and really slow Mac Quadra 900 with 78MB of RAM! I also dubbed my username of PXLpainter in various BBS systems and on Compuserve & AOL and it's just stuck ever since.
I went on to learn on my own with tools like CoSA After Effects, Pixar's Showplace & Typestry with RenderMan, Macromind Director and eventually, Kai Krause' Live Picture. The rest, they say is history. You can learn more about my work, photography, videography, training, books & videos from my website: PixelPainter.com

Some of these are listed by category, so not necessarily in chronological order… and not everything I've written over the past few years, but a good sampling. Everything else (and current) should be accessible & listed directly in my channel. I may update this list in the future as well.
