According to the company, government agencies and regulated industries are under time-sensitive mandates to respond to public inquiries and must comply with legislation and regulations regarding disclosure, freedom of information and incident reporting.
The new solution is built with the recently-announced Nuxeo Case Management Framework, Nuxeo Correspondence Management automates tracking of large volumes of incoming, outgoing or internal correspondence – regardless of format and nature, helping to streamline intake, route tasks and reduce the margin of error to meet mandated turnaround times, all while providing rigorous security controls, audit trails and rapid search and retrieval, Nuxeo said.
Correspondence Management is the first correspondence management application from an open source ECM platform provider.
