There's nothing I like adding more than adding 3D elements to my motion graphics work. Whether it's extruded text, or simple background elements with a cool 3D look, it's become part of my workflow, and it also let's me add some extra money to my client invoices as the added 3D always takes my final products to the next level. Maxon is really taking steps to make themselves the leader in 3D design with Cinema 4D, and since I'm a huge fan, I wanted to go right to the top, and talk with Paul Babb, who is the President and CEO of Maxon US, about his history with the company, the history of the product, the collaboration with Adobe, and why he thinks they are the only choice for 3D for motion graphic designers today.
