The TransVergence Summit was certainly a success for speakers and attendees alike, but what did the Fourth Estate think of it? Buzzfeed's Josie Roman found it to be an eye-opening experience, as it dramatized just how much transmedia and cross platform techniques are penetrating all areas of filmmaking, broadcasting, media and marketing. It's virtually impossible to create a product, design a strategy or initiate a franchise without considering all the cross platform components.
Roman was impressed by the quality of the speakers, which included Samsung's Juan Pablo Gnecco, Yahoo's Adam Besserman, gaming legend Will Wright and creatives from all areas of the media and entertainment businesses.
