Sometimes creativity plays a bit hard to get though. That's when it's good to have alternative methods to fall back on. It's like when your dog (yes, I have a dog and it's a stubborn one) refuses to come, no matter how you try to coax it. The second you lift an interesting piece of wood or a toy it hasn't seen before, the dog comes running at neck-breaking speed.
That's why I love analogies; new ways of thinking about intricate and complicated matters, ways that can coax that creativity out from under the stone it's hiding under, and back into the creative groove that you need to move onwards. This is one analogy I sometimes apply, that of the green house. Let me tell you why this, in my mind, works.
