During its Partner Summit, which took place from May 13-15 in The Netherlands, WoodWing Software introduced a major update of its global partner program. With this new arrangement, WoodWing strengthens its network of certified Solution Partners, further increasing customer intimacy and quality of service. Elvis DAM, WoodWing’s next-generation digital asset management solution, also benefits from the strong partner network.
Since its founding in 2000, WoodWing Software has relied on a rapidly expanding network of professional authorized Solution Partners to sell, implement and support its solutions for multi-channel publishing and digital asset management.
WoodWing´s Solution Partners can analyze a customer´s situation and needs, offer consulting services, and implement and integrate WoodWing´s solutions with existing infrastructure and third-party applications. Partners also provide training, support, services such as supervision of the first production, and more.
“WoodWing has always had a strong partner network and this applies not only to the numbers – our partners are also top-level experts, recognized as such in their region,” said Hans Janssen, CEO of WoodWing Software. “Working with professional local partners allows us to offer our customers a personal contact, speaking their language and understanding their culture and their specific way of working.”
Updated partner program supports further growth
As the partner network continues to grow, WoodWing has updated its partner program to pave the way for continuous top-notch customer service. During the three-day Partner Summit attended by nearly 200 participants from all over the world, WoodWing presented the updated partner program to its worldwide partner network.
WoodWing has added two new partner qualification levels – Platinum and Diamond – on top of the existing Silver and Gold levels. For all levels, employees need to be certified in multi-channel publishing and/or digital asset management. In return, partners receive comprehensive training, services and support by WoodWing, helping them to guide prospects through the evaluation process and to support existing customers in their daily business and transition processes.
“With the new setup, we have laid the foundation for further expansion of our partner network, while also offering our partners more options for differentiation,” Janssen added.
Elvis DAM benefits from extensive worldwide partner network
Elvis DAM, WoodWing’s next-generation digital asset management solution, also benefits from the strong partner network. With the acquisition of Elvis DAM by WoodWing in October last year, the number of partners authorized to sell Elvis has increased from 25 to 90, covering more than 100 countries.
The new structure will be implemented on the website at www.woodwing.com/en/integrators In the near future.
